Ed McCrossen Named President; Christopher Clark Appointed Chief Operating Officer

As Fiberlink deploys its mobile workforce solutions to a wider segment of Global 2000 companies, this organizational change will further enhance the company's operational efficiency by closely aligning its engineering, operations, and software development teams.
Fiberlink Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Jim Sheward has named Ed McCrossen president of Fiberlink. McCrossen will be responsible for delivering continued revenue growth through 2005 and maintaining corporate profitability. Since joining Fiberlink in 2001 as chief operating officer, McCrossen has created a world-class sales and account management team that fueled sixteen consecutive quarters of revenue growth.
Supporting McCrossen and assuming the role of chief operating officer is Christopher Clark, former executive vice president business development and operations. Clark will be responsible for the development, deployment and support of Fiberlink's mobile workforce solutions by managing the company's engineering, operations and software development teams. He will also be responsible for managing business development focused on the carrier market.
